General Shipping

All orders placed on our website are dispatched from our USA warehouse.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Once shipped, please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

USA Shipping

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

Average delivery time is 3–5 business days following the date your order is dispatched (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days).

 

Shipping Rates

To keep shipping affordable, we use flat-rate pricing:

Standard Items (watch straps & accessories): $4.95 flat rate.

Oversized Items (watch cases, bundles, bulkier products): $9.95 flat rate.

Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax).

 

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled.

You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website for the latest updates.

 

International Shipping

 
Orders placed outside the United States will be delivered anywhere from 10-20 business days from the date that it is shipped out. Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country, we are not able to supply an estimated cost.

 

All customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a chance that you will not get charged duties/customs fees, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. Please contact your customs office for more information.
